WHAT IS HOMECOMING?

This April, join us at Laredo First Assembly for Homecoming, a powerful Easter Trilogy leading up to the Resurrection. Inspired by Bethel Music’s song Homecoming, we will explore the heart of God’s redemption—welcoming the lost, restoring the broken, and calling His children back home. No matter where life has taken you, there’s a place for you in the Father’s house.

Come experience the joy of reconciliation, the power of restoration, and the hope of resurrection as we celebrate the greatest Homecoming of all—Jesus’ victory over sin and death!

Restoration

Sin separates, distance grows, and we find ourselves far from where we belong. Like the prodigal son, many of us have wandered, searching for fulfillment in all the wrong places. But the Father never stops watching for His children to return. This message will remind us that even in our wandering, God’s love never lets go. (Luke 15:11-24)

The journey home isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. Redemption begins with a decision—to leave the past behind and step toward the Father’s grace. This week, we’ll walk through the power of repentance, surrender, and the overwhelming mercy of God that meets us on the road. (Isaiah 55:7, James 4:8)

Celebration

The greatest homecoming of all time happened when Jesus walked out of the grave! His resurrection sealed the invitation for every sinner to come home, restored and redeemed. Easter is our reminder that the door is open, the table is set, and the Father is waiting with open arms. (John 14:1-3, Luke 15:20-24)

SUNRISE SERVICE

Sunday, April 20th at 7am

Join us at Laredo First Assembly for a special Easter Sunrise Service as we celebrate Jesus' resurrection in the beauty of the morning light. Just as the sun rises, the empty tomb reminds us—hope is alive!
